Microsoft Security Essentials a must to have FREE Anti-Virus

Microsoft Security Essentials (MSE) is an antivirus software product that provides protection against different types of malware such as computer viruses, spyware, root-kits and Trojan horses. It runs on Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7, but not on Windows 8,
which has a built-in Anti Virus component. The license agreement allows home users and small businesses to install and use the product FREE ! of charge. MSE provides real-time protection by constantly monitoring activities on the computer and scanning new files as they are downloaded or created and disabling detected threats.

You can Install this product on line from Microsoft’s Website. Some time you may have to download additional Service Packs / Patches of Software from Microsoft for installing MSE. My opinion is that this is the Antivirus product for Windows OS that  we can trust to the maximum level, since it is from Microsoft. Be careful to download it from Microsoft’s site only.
